TERMS OF SALE

We require a 50% deposit down to start working on any equipment order. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to shipping, or may be paid in full at time of delivery. Cashiers checks and wire transfer are the preferred method of payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX cards, however, there is a 3% card processing fee for the transaction.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

Any Equipment orders canceled by purchaser are subject to a 5% transaction fee.  All placed canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Items requiring upholstery work are non refundable.  Any equipment returns must be received unused and in resalable condition.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Refunds will be issued with in the first 30 days of equipment purchase.  Partial credit will be given for the first 60 days. 

PRICE POLICY

All prices are subject to change due to market conditions.  In case of a price increase Sunrise Dental Equipment will contact you for approval. 

LIMITED WARRANTY
 
All refurbished equipment comes with a one year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor from date of purchase or verified date of installation. Sunrise Dental Equipment will provide parts for any necessary repairs unless otherwise specifically noted.

All new equipment comes with the manufactures factory warranty
